How Find a Flight works

Find a Flight is a comparison tool for reward-seat availability. We surface what loyalty programs and carriers make discoverable and help you weigh points against cash. We do not sell tickets or hold reservations — program rules, taxes, fees, and final availability are always controlled by the relevant airline or loyalty program.

Information we handle

To run reward-flight discovery we handle search criteria (such as origin, destination, dates, and cabin), optional account and preference data (saved trips, alerts, loyalty connection status), product feedback, and basic technical signals about how the service is used. We collect what the service needs to operate and improve, and no more.

Cookies & device signals

We use a first-party cookie and an opaque device signal to keep access fair, reduce automated abuse, and meter free searches. The device signal is a low-trust browser identifier; it does not identify you personally and does not replace account sign-in.

Fair use & search limits

Search is the core action, so we apply fair-use limits and abuse protections to keep the service fast and available for everyone. These limits may adjust over time and can vary by account status.

Accounts & connected services

If you create an account, we store the details needed to operate sign-in, preferences, alerts, and any loyalty connections you choose to add. Where you connect an external tool or program, we handle only the data required for that feature, and only with the access you grant.

Availability & accuracy

Reward availability changes constantly and is shown on a best-effort basis. Displayed results, pricing comparisons, and points values are indicative; they do not guarantee a booking, fare, or program outcome. Always confirm details with the airline or loyalty program before you rely on them.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate Find a Flight, where required by law, or where necessary to protect the service and its users.
